You may have heard in the media that GPs will be able to prescribe weight loss injections. This is NHS area specific and NOT available in North East Essex. We CANNOT prescribe weight loss injections.

When they are available in this area, they will only be prescribed through a specialist team via a referral. At present, referrals for this service are not being accepted. It is unknown when this is likely to change. Please visit the following website for further information:
