Hang on to your hats...we're entering the flower moon in Scorpio!

For 80% of us it's going to feel really rough. Like we're regressing back into the dark night. But stay grounded, be restful, meditate and endeavour to sit in the centre of all things. The tornado and debris will be swirling around you. Go to your breath, surrender to the shadow energies rising up.

Unhealed wounds, triggers, excess, temptation...will all fall away during the phase. Be patient, be trusting, wait until the peak is behind you a few days after the full moon. You'll start to feel better.

For the other 20%...enjoy flying high, just don't get stung by too much exuberance. Stay focused and stay humble.

I am so grateful to be able to give the gift of Reiki to my children. With their busy minds and changing subtle bodies it is just the perfect way to end each and every day.
It has become so wonderfully enmeshed into our bedtime routine my son even reminds me to 'put reiki on mum' and doesn't feel truly aligned without that tweak.
I'm so grateful to be receiving wisdom teachings and techniques from my personal self healing also.

The universe has spoken and it seems there is much work to be done; so North Essex Reiki Practice is in service to you and the community once more.

Bookings available for Reiki Ryoho energy healing. A 90 minute session which includes consultation and integration techniques. A full 60 minute hands-on energy healing.

I am sensitive to the increasing cost of living and so these treatments will be donation based. I will ask you to pay what you can comfortably afford; energy healing should be available to all regardless of financial income status.
