Our next 6 week block of Physio lead Pilates is starting on Saturday with just 2 spaces remaining!

🌿 Where: In our beautiful secluded clinic in Langham
🌿 When: Saturdays 8.30-9.30am
🌿 How much: £15 per session

Whether you’ve never tried Pilates before, want to get back into it or have an ongoing injury you need your sessions adjust for- our physio lead Pilates is suitable for everyone. With just 4 individuals in each class our physio is able to tailor the sessions to any capability 🙌

It’s that time again and what a review it is! We were delighted to receive this review from a client treated by our Advanced Physiotherapist and Injection Specialist Luke 🙌

“This practise is truly amazing! I’ve already recommended two friends. I’ve suffered chronic hip pain since February and not had a single night’s sleep. Tried everything both NHS(couldn’t help, full stop) and privately, however nothing eased the pain. Was waiting on x-ray results before(Gp suggestion) doing more, although results weren’t dire I was referred for a hip replacement, YES!. However I decided to seek a 2nd opinion, which led to a consultation with the lovely Jo. Such a lovely man, totally professional and put my mind at ease and immediately knew how to sort out my problem. That was a Wednesday, following Monday I had a steroid injection and wow next day NO PAIN! I’m gobsmacked, don’t take my word for it, if you need pain relief I couldn’t and wouldn’t recommend anyone better”
