14 1/2 stone award tonight! That’s it he said the last award!
If someone had said to me when I started my consultant journey that I would give out this award I would have said never! But his determination, dedication and consistency on his journey has seen him achieve the best prize in life … a new life and a new future full of possibilities. One of my favourite meals:
Bacon fried with onions (frylite)
Potatoes oven baked with herbs and garlic granules!
Mix together serve with salad and avocado (now a new healthy extra)
A swip for balsamic glaze!

When it comes to weight loss there are 3 options really:
Option 1
I can’t do it. I was never meant to be slim, it’s my build, my grandmother told me I’d always be big b***d so I’ll just carry on as I am!
Or
Option 2
I’m not willing to accept that I can’t lose weight I know I can do it and will do it someday but not just now! I’m just not in the right headspace I’ve got too much going on!
Or option 3
I’m not going to accept it! I’m going to break the cycle and I’m going to be a role model not a warning sign and I’m not going to put it off as it will make it harder!

Accept it! Put it off! Or change it!

You have the power. Our group has the answers!
