🙏 holding space is important in the work that I do but what I keep learning is that in order for me to hold a safe space for others I must chose wisely how I hold space for myself.

That means really noticing how I treat myself, what am I listening to, how am I speaking to myself, the company I am keeping and who I allow into that space - this is self care at its most fundamental
