So…..exciting news 🤭✨

Fresh skin aesthetics will now have a Whitehaven clinic at the most beautiful studio….Sol

This will run alongside Fresh’s Maryport ( )clinic also ✨

This has been a continual ask from my lovely patients but has taken me time to find the perfect space ✨🙌

Clinics will start at Sol from April 1st….promise this is not a April fools ✨

The online booking system will be live next week…..sorry this has taken a while, as original plan did not include a Whitehaven clinic. Both clinic options and dates will be on the portal…I will post as soon as live ✨

Thank you to the people who have had to keep me right, I’ve missed messages and mixed up appointments as my heads been a little crazy…… your the best ❤️

As we age our skin becomes thinner, we loose collagen resulting in less protection and loss in skin laxity. The amount of times I have heard woman in clinic say since starting the menopause their skin feels ‘different’, ‘I feel my skin texture is different ‘……and your right !

Growth and evolving ✨

2025 showed me underpricing and people pleasing are not valid attributes to a successful business.

It was a challenge for me to recognise and have the confidence to eliminate certain treatments in my clinics, that many practitioners offer. I found inner peace with being able to sign post and refer patients to other amazing practitioners as safety and optimum results is my goal. Finding my own tribe as been exhilarating ✨

2026 is a new chapter for me in both fields of nursing …with an exciting announcement pending ✨
