As a Patient Care Navigator, you'll be one of the first points of contact for our patients, helping them access the right care at the right time. Every day is different, and you'll play a vital role in delivering outstanding service to our local community.

We're looking for someone with excellent communication skills, strong IT abilities, a caring attitude, and experience working in a busy customer-facing environment, ideally within a medical practice.
📅 Working Hours • Monday: 1.00pm - 6.30pm
• Wednesday: 1.00pm - 6.30pm
• Thursday: 2.00pm - 6.45pm
• Friday: 8.00am - 6.45pm
