Are you experiencing stress and anxiety within your life. Do you find that you overthink things and feel overwhelmed and struggle to sleep in the evening.
Our mind loves to replay thoughts and also presume on certain things that could potentially happen in the future.
This all comes from the fight or flight part of our brain the emigdala. The Fear we experience within life has a big part to play in experiencing stress and anxiety.
From stress and anxiety comes fatigue, low mood, and also depression.
This leads me onto how qigong can help bring peace and help heal our mind and body. Within the practice we cultivate with slow medative movements combined with breathwork. This helps slow our heart rate, connect with our parasympathetic nervous system and bring our awareness into the present moment.
Also withing qigong we can connect with our internal and external energy. When we experience high levels of stress our meridians can become blocked and this can also affect our internal organs. When our internal organs are not functioning as they should then this can have an overall impact on our mental health, and our physical health.
Within the practice of qigong there is a spiritual element β¨οΈ π and it can help heal our mind, body and bring peace and happiness into our lives. β―οΈπβ€οΈ
