At our Friends in Nature group on Monday we made little paper fans to try and combat the heat! We feasted on fresh cherries and Bakewell tarts, and enjoyed lazy chatter in the sunshine. Fancy joining us next week? We meet on Mondays from 10.30 till noon and the group is aimed at those living with dementia and/or their carers. Run in conjunction with Outdoors 4 All Together CIC - no referral needed, just come!

Our very own Jane, Sandra, Courteney and Matthia Buggie have set off! They are now walking for miles in the Ribble Valley Pub walk today in memory of the wonderful Lynn Simpson. Please see link in bio to donate… there’s still time!

What a lovely morning at our Time For You group, as we were joined by Clitheroe Ukulele Band. They played a great selection of songs which we really enjoyed joining in with! Thank you so much to them. This group meets every Thursday from 10am to 12.30pm and is for those living with dementia and/or their carers.

We're loving our Monday afternoons at Barrow, getting to know new people and finding out what they enjoy doing, so we can mould the sessions into whatever people would like them to be. Lovely selection of sandwiches and cake supplies by neighbouring Middleshaw Hills - many thanks! All welcome to join us for companionship and gentle activities every Monday from 2-4pm.
