That’s a wrap on 12 weeks. 🙌

Monday marked the final session of our 12 week programme with The Wellbeing Mission CIC, and what a way to finish with the Tit Happens girls ❤️

Over three blocks we’ve had people through the doors for cryotherapy, red light therapy and compression boots along with a few extras thrown in but the bit we’ll remember is everything around it. The brews, the chat, the laughs, and a group of people showing up week after week for themselves and for each other.

To everyone who attended across the 12 weeks, thank you. You built something genuinely special, and it wouldn’t have been the same without a single one of you.

We’re now hoping to run more blocks in the future. Recovery and wellbeing shouldn’t be a luxury, and this is exactly why we set the CIC up.

If you’re a charity, CIC or wellbeing group who’d like to collaborate with us, get in touch. Drop us a message or email [email protected].

A huge thank you goes out to the following who made it all possible..

On Monday we had another cracking session with the girls from Tit Happens. 💗

Compression boots on, red light therapy, the red light mask doing the rounds, and a few brave souls in the cryo chamber. What always strikes us with this group is the fun noise level, laughter from start to finish and nobody leaves in a rush.

That’s exactly what these sessions are for. Recovery, a bit of comfort, and good company.

Same time next week, ladies. 💗

Today we had the absolute pleasure of welcoming the legends from Tit Happens to The Wellbeing Mission CIC, in collaboration with Clitheroe Cryo. This was the first of four weekly sessions with the group, so we have plenty more to come.

Tit Happens was founded by Brooke and Kirsty after they experienced a glaring gap in support for younger women diagnosed with breast cancer.

Many were going through treatment while raising small children, holding down careers and facing a diagnosis that can feel desperately isolating. So they built the thing that was missing, a space where women can meet others who genuinely get it, ask the questions nobody else quite lets them ask, and be reminded that they are not doing this on their own.

Treatment and recovery take an enormous toll, physically and emotionally. Complementary therapies do not replace medical care but they can help with stress, recovery and simply feeling like yourself again for a couple of hours.

The group tried the cryo chamber, whole body red light and compression boots across the session.

Everyone gathered in the communal room with the compression boots on and a brew in hand, breaking off in turn for cryo and red light, and there was a lot of honesty and more laughter than any of us expected.

It was a privilege to spend time with such a brilliant group, and we are proud that The Wellbeing Mission CIC can back the work Brooke and Kirsty are doing.

Thank you to everyone who came along. Your strength, honesty and sense of humour were the best things in the building.

See you next week. 💙

If you run a charity, CIC or support group, get in touch. We would love to see whether we can collaborate.

That’s a wrap on an incredible four sessions with an incredible group.

Over the last few weeks, The Wellbeing Mission has been working alongside Accrington Stanley Community Trust and Healthier Heroes CIC to bring a group of veterans through a programme combining whole-body cryotherapy, red light therapy and compression boots, followed by a coffee and a good chin wag.

We finished the final session yesterday and the feedback has been everything we hoped for..
Better sleep. Lifted morale. Less aches and pains and a group of people who came in quietly and left smiling.
That’s what this is about.

The cryo chamber in particular seemed to land well. The dopamine boost is real, the anxiety relief is noticeable, and for a group who carry more than most in their bodies and their heads, a proper physical reset clearly means something.

We’re proud of what this group built together over four sessions. We’d love to work with them again.

To the lads, thank you for showing up, giving it a go and being brilliant company over a brew.

If you represent a group, organisation or community who’d like to explore something similar, get in touch. We’d love to hear from you.

Ten people. Three sessions. One brilliant group !

That’s what The Wellbeing Mission CIC , Accrington Stanley Community Trust and Healthier Heroes CIC have built together over the last few weeks.

A morning of whole-body cryotherapy, red light therapy and compression boots, followed by a coffee and a proper catch-up. Simple format. Real impact.

The cryo chamber is the part people talk about most. Three minutes at well below freezing triggers a natural dopamine release that can lift mood for hours afterwards, and for a lot of people it takes the edge off anxiety in a way that’s hard to describe until you’ve felt it.

Add the red light and the compression boots into the mix and the body gets a proper reset, head to toe.

But here’s what’s surprised us. The chamber gets people through the door. The conversation over coffee afterwards is what keeps them coming back.

People came in curious. They’ve left each session a bit lighter, a bit more connected, and noticeably keener for the next one.

One session left in this round. Then we’re going again.

If you’d like to be part of the next group, comment below or send me a message. I’ll make sure you’re first to know when dates land.

“Best night’s sleep I’ve had in ages.” and “It’s really helped the pain in my knee.”

That’s just some of feedback we got back this week from the lads at Healthier Heroes CIC after session one of our collaboration with Accrington Stanley Community Trust and The Wellbeing Mission.

The nerves from week one were long gone.
Two sessions in, real results already. That’s why we do this.

If your group or organisation works with people who could benefit from sessions like this, drop us a message.

Today The Wellbeing Mission CIC, Accrington Stanley Community Trust and Healthier Heroes CIC came together at Clitheroe Cryo to deliver the first in a series of group recovery sessions for veterans.

We kicked off with coffee, biscuits and compression boots, a relaxed start that had the lads chatting, laughing and easing into the session together.

From there it was on to whole-body red light therapy, genuinely useful for arthritic pain, better sleep and recovery, things a lot of veterans quietly live with.

Then came the main event. The cryo chamber !
A few were understandably nervous, -87c who wouldn’t be. Every single one went in. Every single one came out smiling.

Accrington Stanley Community Trust do incredible work using sport and community to support veterans.

Healthier Heroes are outstanding at helping ex-forces personnel rebuild careers and find their next chapter.

Together, we think there’s something here worth building on.

And we want to build it bigger.

If you run a veterans group, a charity, or a community organisation and you’d like to explore partnering with us on sessions like this, get in touch. The more we collaborate, the more veterans we reach.

Monday marked the last session of our current group programme, and what a way to finish!

The feedback from everyone has been absolutely brilliant, hearing how much the sessions have meant to each person makes every bit of effort worthwhile and if that wasn’t enough, we were surprised with a gorgeous thank you card and biscuits (which didn’t last long, we can tell you!).

This is exactly why we do what we do, to see small improvements made to people’s lives. Huge thank you to everyone who took part,
