Well it’s been a quieter week with holidays but….
One member is taking on a massive challenge to raise awareness for scleroderma check out
Smaller class numbers this week meant that we could focus in on specifics with one member nailing the Dragon Roll in Rope flow
We have a new road in Dunsop!!!
And we have new stock ready for the open day……

A huge thank you to member for our first spotlight.
Sarah stepped up when myself and Hetty were away and kept the gym open.
As a member she brings new people to the gym regularly, always motivates and provides a welcomed bit of competition.
Over the past years she’s gone from knee injury recovery to competitor including completing a Hyrox with loyal teammate

Flow followed by Functional
Flow is a unique blend of rope flow and yoga designed to unlock your body and make it work better.
Functional is where we see the output of better movement (but really it’s more about the fitness with friends, kind of like goin t’pub but you run around and throw stuff!)

Future Stars at 4pm- for all those future stars to work together and feel a real sense of achievement through movement
Running at 6pm- it’s about running together for enjoyment. This is a class for beginners/returners wanting to progress without injury

What is Rope flow and why we do it at Bowland fitness
1minute is not long enough but…..
In such a simple bit of kit we get so much!
Development of the spinal engine and therefore athleticism
Helping keep the fascia healthy- fascia and what it does is another big story- let’s say it’s epically important and rope flow does wonders for it
It gives a focus and practice that helps with both body awareness/organisation and helps regulate your nervous system.
It works amazingly alongside breath practice and yoga.
It also complements strength training and warm ups for athletic events.
Why not come to our open day and give it a go in a short demo class

If you didn’t know Matt’s a bit of a geek when it comes to…. Well life in general, but mainly fitness, and he likes to research (over research) things.
So he picked as the nutrition supplement for the gym. Why?
His 4 main principles
Nutrition- the quality is brilliant, the bar above as great active ingredients rather than hyper marketed chemicals it uses ingredients like the supreme super food itself 🫜!
