Sometimes the best way to practice mindfulness is through the simplest activities. This afternoon, our tables were turned into a haven of calm as residents took part in a group painting session.

Painting has fantastic therapeutic benefits, it helps lower stress, improves focus, and promotes a wonderful sense of quiet relaxation. Looking at the vibrant pages coming to life, it’s safe to say everyone found their inner artist today!
