Do you struggle to switch off… is your mind always ticking, planning, preparing?

How would it feel to be completely held, weightless, and deeply relaxed without having to try? ✨

Join us for a 75 minute Sound Bath & Aerial Cocoon Relaxation Workshop designed to help you pause and reconnect with yourself.

We’ll start with breathwork followed by light aerial yoga gentle, supported, just enough to help you drop out of your head and into your body.

Then we’ll guide you through some gentle reflection so you can set an intention, something personal and grounding, just for you.

Next you’ll be cocooned up in a blissful aerial hammock, fully supported, while a calming sound bath flows around you.
