𝗦𝗮𝗹𝘁𝘆 𝗕𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘀.

When anxiety had its grip on me, I flew to County Armagh, to Aghalee, where Sylvia had built a salt room she said was like going to Lourdes. The hush of it. The salt on the walls, in the air, on my skin. And Geraldine, always there with cups of strong coffee in thick mugs, offered without fuss. The salt, the quiet, and Geraldine's coffee, Salty bliss.

I breathed deeper than I ever had.

I came home changed. Not cured, but that nights sleep was wonderful. That is why we built our own halotherapy room. A Lourdes of my own, for anyone who needs it.

If you are struggling with anxiety, with stress, with the sheer noise of life, this space is here. No judgment. Just salt, quiet, and a cup of herbal tea.

Hi, I’m Suzanne, a yoga teacher based at HHH Clydebank Business Park.

I came to yoga during a time when I felt completely disconnected from myself.

Like many women, I was constantly busy being everything to everyone else; mother, wife, employee, homemaker always on, always needed, always putting myself last.

Over time, I became exhausted and lost connection with who I was beneath all the responsibility.

Yoga changed that for me.

It gave me space to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with myself without having to perform or hold everything together.

Through yoga, I learned how to meet myself where I was with more patience and less judgement.

That is what I bring into my classes.

My classes are a space to slow down, reconnect mind and body, and step away from the demands of everyday life.

Through mindful movement, breath, and meditation, I help you come back to yourself so you can feel grounded, calmer, and more present.

If you are always giving to everyone else and feel like you have lost connection with yourself, this space is here to remind you that you matter too.
