Spending a lot of time at your computer? Here's a quick self-assessment for your wrists. 👇

Place the backs of your hands together and lift your elbows so they're in line with your wrists. Notice how that feels.

Any tightness, discomfort or strange sensations? That's your body giving you useful information.

Try gently stretching your wrists the other way - place your palms together this time and lift your elbows. See if that brings any relief.

Small, simple self-assessments like this can help you stay ahead of wrist tension before it becomes something more. 🌿

Ease into your day with this 5-minute Morning Mobiliser…

If you’re fed up with tight, achy shoulders or that morning stiffness that lingers longer than it should, this simple movement can help.

This week, we’re focusing on shoulder mobility. Try this:

1️⃣ Breathe comfortably for you
2️⃣ Roll your shoulders forward
3️⃣ Lift them up toward your ears
4️⃣ Move them back and gently squeeze your shoulder blades together
5️⃣ Relax your shoulders down
6️⃣ Repeat x5 and then reverse

A small movement… a big release.

Always remember… this isn’t diagnostic. Just a simple way to check in with your body and support yourself with a bit more care. 🌿
