Move Mojo are delivering a FREE Adapted Sport Workshop designed to help coaches, volunteers, support workers and community organisations develop the skills and confidence to make activities accessible for everyone.

New Feel Good in the Forest Health & Wellbeing Activities at Hicks Lodge- spaces available for booking/ referral!

T'ai-Ga at Hicks Lodge
• Wednesdays, weekly, 9:30am to 10:30am
• 2 September to 11 November 2026
T'ai-Ga combines gentle Tai Chi inspired movement, mindfulness and nature connection to support physical and mental wellbeing. Sessions take place outdoors in the beautiful woodland setting of Hicks Lodge and are suitable for a wide range of abilities.

Stride & Stretch at Hicks Lodge
• Thursdays, weekly, 9:30am to 10:30am
• 8 October to 26 November
Stride & Stretch combines a gentle guided walk with light exercises and stretching activities designed to improve mobility, balance, strength and wellbeing whilst enjoying time in nature.

Escape Pain - Backs

ESCAPE-pain for backs is designed to benefit people with chronic low back pain. The programme will not cure, nor eliminate pain completely. However, it aims to reduce pain, improve physical function, self-confidence, sense of being in control of problems, and the depression and frustration that is often felt with chronic pain.

To be eligible you must be:

Aged 18 years or older
In chronic non-specific Low Back Pain for >3 months or recurrent episodes
Independently mobile and needing a supervised exercise programme
Available to attend all 12 sessions.
Able to communicate in English without an interpreter, in a group setting

Course details are:

Commencing Monday 28th September
Mondays & Wednesdays 12.45 – 1.45pm
