Hey guys n dolls. Happy New Year to you all 🥳🥳🥳

I'm sorry I went MIA on social media through most of 2024 but I had to refocus on myself.

I was still working closely with my clients helping them achieve their goals with some of them totally smashing through their original targets 🎯

But I completely lost focus on myself so decided to consolidate, not take on new clients and focus on my own journey and those that were currently on plan.

I still have a little more to lose in 2025 but I'm delighted to currently be at my lightest weight of my whole adult life 😀
(Currently almost 8 stone off from my heaviest weight!)

So it's time to reopen my diary and share the benefits of being on plan 🥘🥗🍝

Two new products that both scream out for brighter, warmer days 🌤 Bring on spring summer weather 🤞😎

I can see this new water flavouring being a huge hit for garden parties and evenings around the fire pit sipping away.

And our new and improved Apple and Strawberry Bar is set to be a hit for those wanting a breakfast type bar that hits the sweet spot 😋

Ordered myself my favourite, chicken tikka starter and add some simple salad from myself.

Update on the past two weeks 🤩

Aunt Flow arrived in time for this week's weigh in AND I've injured myself jogging so aiming for a bigger loss next week.

My injury is possibly a combination of poor warm up and poor muscle strength around hips and glutes so need to start adding in some new exercises to help.

Suggestions welcome 🙏

Week 3 completed 🏃‍♀️ of c25k

And treated myself to some new trainers. They feel really different with a wider toe box than im used to and the sole feels strange so will give them a good walk before my next jog.

🍿🍿 Caramel Popcorn Bar

Oh my, New Caramel Popcorn Bar has landed...but only for me 🙊

A sample has arrived but my order isn't here yet. Fingers crossed for tomorrow 🤞

It's a milk chocolate coated bar.

It's soft and chewy with little crunchy bits.

Smells like a bag of toffee popcorn 🍿

Really nice addition to the range.

We also have the return of the much loved Chocolate Crispy Cereal 😋

Who says we are just a soup and shake diet?
