Whether you’re already in love with homeopathy and want to share it — or you’ve just found our account and realized it's a lot deeper than you thought — start here.

🎄✨ These are some of the books we gift to our own friends and family when they are just getting started with homeopathy. The Organon is the primary text of homeopathy and everyone should read it. Just remember: it’s a work from the early 1800s, and it reads like one. The other titles here offer a more approachable first step.

Our favorite starter stack:
• Homeopathy Basics — Priscilla Medders
• Homeopathy: Start Here — Ann Jerome
• Impossible Cure — Amy Lansky
• The Joy of Homeopathy — Em Colley
• The Organon of the Medical Art (6th Edition, O’Reilly)
• The Complete Homeopathy Handbook — Miranda Castro

If you know someone who’s just beginning — or someone you’d love to introduce to real Hahnemannian homeopathy — share this with them. 🎁

Findings in a recently published study suggest that individualised homeopathy may be a valuable complementary option in the treatment of Long COVID-19, including in severe cases.

The study published in Integrative and Complementary Medicine involved fifteen female patients with Long COVID-19 aimed to assess the impact of adjunctive, individualised homeopathic treatment. The patients, with an average age of 48.5 years, experienced a variety of symptoms, none of which were identical. Following homeopathic treatment, 93.3% of the patients showed timely improvement or full recovery, with an average recovery time of 47.6 days.

Long COVID-19 is defined as the persistence or emergence of symptoms more than four weeks after a confirmed COVID-19 infection, which cannot be explained by other conditions and were not present prior to infection.

Indian researchers recently published this paper: "Homeopathic Treatment of Chronic Low-Back Pain: A Double-Blind, Randomized, Placebo-Controlled Trial."

The paper details a four-month, double-blind, randomized (1:1), placebo-controlled, two parallel arms trial with the goal of detecting differences between individualized homeopathic medicinal products (IHMPs) and placebo after 4 months of intervention in patients with chronic low-back pain (LBP).

Their findings?
"Homeopathic medicines worked significantly better than placebos in reducing chronic LBP."
