At Visage Therapy Centre, we don’t believe every body should be treated in exactly the same way.

You may come to us because of your neck, your back, your hips, swelling, tension or restricted movement — but that doesn’t necessarily mean that’s where the problem begins.

So we observe.

How are you standing?

How are you moving?

Where is your body compensating?

What feels restricted?

What isn’t flowing as freely as it could?

We look at the whole body and the relationship between structure, movement, fascia, lymphatic flow and the nervous system.

Your session develops from what your individual body is showing us on that day.

Sometimes that means working somewhere completely different from where you feel the discomfort.

Because we’re not simply following the symptom.
