Hi 👋 I want to share a bit about me and my journey to discovering Reiki. My name is Charlotte I am a mum to 2 boys, in addition to this I work part time within the child and adolescent mental health service, I'm a lvl 3 personal trainer, Beautician and Angelic Reiki practitioner master... I love keeping fit and healthy and anything to do with self development!

I would like to share with you why I began doing both of these beautiful treatments that I offer ....

I started my spiritual journey predominantly in 2019 when I lost my ex partner to su***de. It dropped me into a dark hole, feelings of guilt, sadness, anger, what ifs, etc. I drank alot of alcohol and smoked alot of ci******es for a while (obviously, there are no answers there). I wanted to heal, I wanted to unpack my emotional baggage, I wanted answers about my own decisions, behaviours, and choices so it began.... I started simply with mediation - learning to quiten my mind and connect with my body.

I was then introduced to Reiki and Ayurvedic body massage by a dear friend of mine. Having the Reiki healing helped me on my own self-healing path and guided me to have other wonderful experiences (of self development) and aligned me with the beautiful people that I have in my life today.

I became a practitioner to enable me to pass this wonderful healing system to others. I have added the Ayurvedic face massage as it also de stresses and promotes healing at a deep level as I work on the subtle pressure points on the face (like used in acupuncture) but it is also very relaxing.

I offer these treatments together or separately. I allow 1 hour for each treatment...

Take action/control. This is the only way out of it. Some tops to help:

Wake up earlier and get up
Plan your day
Set goals for the day
Take away distractions (phone huge one for me)
Find ways to focus - play calm music

Go get it!!
