I am fully insured, registered with the Association of Reflexologists (AoR) and completed my full training at an AoR Accredited School. I am trained in the Bergman Method of Facial Reflexology. I decided to train in Reflexology after many years of receiving treatments (which I love) and also seeing the beneficial effects to others (including my best friend Gemma who received it when she was end of life). I absolutely adore seeing how much better someone feels after a treatment.

This is a secret I kept for a long time, but we battled with infertility for many many years, trying pretty much everything under the sun and reading lots of books trying to make sense of things and help our unexplained infertility.

I started using reflexology in the last year or so of trying to conceive, before and during IVF and it’s a lovely treatment to receive in which the reflexologist will focus on all the things we can do to try and help fertility.
