This Sunday! Summer Solstice Social Group hike!
A Few Tickets left! Book now!

Optional walking meditation and forest bath at the start! This is a mini version of our regular sunday walk - next one 29th June!!

8 mile walk from Highwoods to Castle Park, across to Hilly Fields, up to Charter Woods via Cymbeline meadows and back to highwoods!

Bring your own lunch for a picnic by the river. Get out into nature during the glorious summer weather and celebrate the mid point in the traditional year or the start of summer in the seasonal year!

3 months after our Spring Equinox hike we take the same route to observe all the changes this season has brought!

It's March!🌷 Happy Spring Month 🌳 it's also today and the squirrels and birds were out in full force today!

To Celebrate the Spring Equinox (a week late due to being away for work) I have a half day mindful walk ready to be booked!

I have ticket options for the day depending if you want to join just for Meditation Walk or just the hike. And if you want to head home sooner then you can leave at any point.

I know it's also mother's day, but maybe you would like to bring your mother, or older children on the walk.

Happy New Year!
Although I know I am a little late, I've been off Instagram since before Xmas and it's been great!

January and February walk dates posted together to end off this cycle of walks.

For me the New Year will properly start in March with the Spring Equinox and Aries season with some new walks and location variations for 2025! Looking forward to it.
Till then, I am still hibernating in Winter!

Lots of love and thanks to everyone that has joined a walk in 2024 and keeping our little meditations going. Really hoping this is the year I have the time and head space to build up Mandala Hikes into what I've been talking about for years.

❄️December Walks are Winter Solstice weekend! Come and join for the last ones of the year! Open to all experience levels, first time meditators to regulars wanting to try something different.

⛰️I've done many hikes and walks this year since USA in April, so I'm hoping to catch up over the winter break and share the 1 week trail hike from May, as well Isle of Skye, Peak District, Wales and Italy!

🗓Next years schedule is still being put together but likely to be 25th and 26th January! And will finally be starting to offer some new walks and offering.

November Dates up for this month's Meditation Walks!
Have a look through the pictures at the contrast in weather between the Saturday and Sunday! Saturday was damp and full of mushrooms 🍄 where Sunday was stunning blue sky and incredible leaf colours🌳🍂🍁. Join us at Hilly Fields or Highwoods on the 23rd or 24th for some forest bathing, mindfulness, and barefoot walking.
