Wow, wow, wow - look at this beautiful, smiley, beaming photo - you can see everyone's light! ❤ The audience seems to get bigger and bigger every year. What an amazing energy to kick off MBS on Friday 22 with 'The miracle frequency: 5D hypnotic Reiki'. May. Intention is so key and we intended for a collective of light, and this is exactly what we got. Raising the collective consciousness is about bringing in the light into the world. Every single person there had such a beautiful light, I could see it - what a beautiful crowd. ✨ ❤

Wow, I did it. I won The Women Changing the World Awards 2026 - announced in Paris! - for the local impact category and also finalist for overcoming the odds and small business categories. I was so excited when my name was announced! 🥳

From my humble beginnings, I was born in North London, and later moved to Colchester in 2007, when my parents decided to retire to Malaysia. Reiki Chia started in 2010 in a hair salon in Colchester, out of chance. It came at the right time, as I was looking to get back into work after having Sofia and didn't want to work in the office again. I followed my heart, as my passion was and still is in the power of Reiki.

Fast forward and I now have a therapy room in London, round the corner from where I grew up, and visit organisations and festivals around the UK to help organisations and corporate clients go from stress and anxiety to peace and extraordinary confidence, using Reiki and Hypnotherapy - and now, quantum healing hypnosis technique (past life regression and healing in one!) 🙌 🙌

So remember this - "Changing the world starts with you. You are the Creator of your world - so, make it the world you want to be in"
