We are an independent company based in Colchester, providing high quality homecare to the people of north-east Essex. We have over 20 years’ experience in supporting people to live independently in their own homes and are proud of our reputation as a reliable and trustworthy care provider. From our base in Colchester we provide care across the Colchester district, including the surrounding rural a

reas. We also operate along the coast in Clacton and Frinton, as well as the inland villages. We know the area well; Cloud 9 is owned and managed by local people.
