We’re delighted to announce the completion of our 11th store! 🎉

A huge welcome to Solar Superstore Pharmacy and all our new colleagues joining the GMG & WYL family.

Located inside the brand-new Tesco in Halstead town centre, Solar is our first ever supermarket pharmacy, and we’re incredibly excited about this new chapter and the opportunities it brings.

We’re especially excited to be joining the Halstead community and look forward to serving the local population and supporting their healthcare needs.

This is our first acquisition in over three years — and the beginning of an exciting period of growth for the group.

We’re incredibly proud of how far we’ve come and can’t wait to see what the future holds.

A huge congratulations to Jemma from Holland Pharmacy on being named our Employee of the Month for July!

Since stepping into her role as Pharmacy Manager, Jemma has done a fantastic job leading the busiest branch in the company. She keeps the team focused, gets the best out of everyone, and makes sure the day-to-day essentials, from date checking and stock control to other key operational tasks, are always completed.

Her leadership has helped keep the pharmacy running smoothly while continuing to deliver great care and excellent NHS and private services for our patients.

A huge congratulations to Cindy from Home Ground Pharmacy, our Employee of the Month for June! đź‘Ź

As the pharmacist at one of our busiest branches, Cindy consistently goes above and beyond, delivering exceptional NHS and private services while ensuring patients receive the highest standard of care.

In June alone, Cindy completed the majority of Home Ground’s 192 Pharmacy First consultations, 95 NHS Contraception Service consultations, and 15 ABPM fittings. Her proactive approach to identifying and supporting eligible patients has made a real difference to the local community.

A big thank you also to the whole Home Ground team, who work together to identify and refer patients to Cindy, helping even more people access the care they need.
