Let’s talk gates 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣, through all my promotion they can become the bain of life 😜 - I have to admit - if the gate is open when I go in I will leave it open, if it is closed or there is a sign saying please close the gate (and it wasn’t closed) I will close it - you need to respect someone’s property 😍

Back-to-school season often brings a fresh start ❤️.

Once routines begin to settle again, many people find it easier to plan meals, organise lunches and make time for themselves too.

A few things that always help me are planning meals for the week, keeping easy favourites in the fridge and freezer and having healthy lunches ready for busy days.

Healthy eating doesn't have to be complicated, it just needs to work around real life.

Here’s a giggle for you 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 yes I’ve put this out there publicly 🤣🤣🤣🤣 this mud has healing qualities and makes your skin feel amazing after it dries and then you wash it off in the sea (a particular side for this not where everyone else would be), my skin was super soft 🥰🥰🥰
