During a treatment, healing energy flows wherever it is needed most, releasing blocked energies, cleansing toxins and helping to return your whole being to a state of balance - physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. Sarah Varela learnt Reiki Jin Kei Do in 1998, set up a practice in Colchester in 2003 and became a Reiki Master in 2006. She currently teaches at The Trinity Natural Health

Centre in Colchester town centre. Reiki Jin Kei Do includes the teachings of Buddhist healing monks and is a spiritual lineage emphasising the practice of Reiki with meditation to really sense the flow of energy and open the heart with compassion. As well as a healing method, Reiki can become a way of life. Reiki..... accelerates healing on all levels, helping you deal with a wide range of conditions, including backache, insomnia, migraine, fatigue, allergies, flu, cancer, heart disease, depression and arthritis... reduces stress, promoting a sense of wellbeing and inner peace... helps you express your full potential with wisdom and authenticity.
