Last weekend I was asked to host a gong sound bath at a well-being event at Field's in East Bergholt, I worked alongside Breathing Space with Anita who hosted a Soma breath class and EmBody Pilates, Emily hosted a Pilates class, the combination of the 3 wonderful classes really complimented each other, and we hope everyone enjoyed some relaxation time, and left feeling lighter, reset, calmer and rested 🙌

I was asked by Bradfield WI to host a talk about well-being, and on Monday 11th May, I popped along to Bradfield hall where i introduced my holistic business and some of my gong sound bath instruments all of which can help with social, physical and mental well-being, I had a great evening, and was made to feel really welcome, and met some wonderful ladies. Thank you for having me. 🥰🙌
