3 things your teeth wish you knew! 💚

It’s not just about brushing twice a day. A few small changes can make a big difference to your smile!

💧 Water is your mouth’s best friend. Saliva helps protect your teeth, wash away food debris and neutralise acids. Staying hydrated helps keep your mouth happy and healthy!

⚡ Electric toothbrushes really can make a difference. They can help remove more plaque and reduce gum inflammation compared with manual brushes. Just remember, good technique matters too!

🩸 Bleeding gums aren’t something to ignore. They can be a sign of inflammation caused by plaque. Keep brushing gently, clean between your teeth daily and get advice from your dentist if the bleeding persists.

✨ Your daily habits matter more than you think. And if you’re not sure whether you’re getting it right, our friendly team at Hello Dental is always happy to help.

🎉 HAPPY 40TH BIRTHDAY, BHAVIN! 🎉

Today we’re celebrating one of our brilliant dentists, implant guru and all-round good guy.

From transforming smiles to talking implants, keeping the team laughing and somehow making 40 look suspiciously young… we’re very lucky to have you as part of the Hello Dental team. 🦷🥂

Here’s to the next 40 years of big smiles, big ideas and hopefully slightly fewer excuses for buying new dental toys. 😂

Happy 40th, Bhavin! Have the best day! 🥳💚

Love from all of us at Hello Dental x

Thinking about booking a dentist but feeling a little nervous about it?

We get it. And you don’t have to “just get on with it” here.

At Hello Dental, we take the time to listen, explain what’s happening and make sure you feel comfortable every step of the way. No judgement. No rushing. No making you feel like just another appointment in the diary.

We genuinely care about what we do, and we care about the people sitting in our chairs.

Because that’s how we’d want our own family to be treated. 💚

If it’s been a while, you’re nervous about coming back, or you simply want a dental team who takes the time to get to know you, we’d love to welcome you.

SHE’S BACK 💚

After a little time away for the very important job of becoming a mum, we’re so happy to have Millie back at Hello Dental! 🥰

We’ve missed her, and it’s lovely to have her back as part of the team.

Welcome back, Millie. We’re very happy to have you (and your coffee-fuelled energy) back where you belong! 🦷✨

☕️ The coffee lover’s whitening consultation…

The first question we’d ask?

“How many coffees are we talking?” 👀

Because if your day starts with coffee, continues with coffee and somehow involves a “little afternoon pick-me-up” too… we need to know. 😂

Before whitening, we’ll look at your smile, talk through what you want to achieve and make sure whitening is right for you.

And yes… you can still have your coffee. ☕️

We’re here to help you get a brighter smile without pretending you’re suddenly going to become a herbal tea person.

✨ Want to find out what whitening could do for your smile?

Book a whitening consultation at Hello Dental, Colchester.
