Introducing LJE Recovery🖤🩺

As I progress through my training as a student physiotherapist, I’m evolving my business into a more performance-focused, physio-led recovery service. The aim is to support not only muscle tension, but movement quality, injury prevention, and long-term results.

From now on, appointments will be more structured and clinical in approach, including a brief consultation, targeted hands-on treatment, and clear aftercare to support your recovery between sessions.

Sports massage remains available to book, and additional treatments will be introduced soon, including cupping and acupuncture therapy, alongside other recovery-focused services.
