“I have worked for Ecare for 7 years”

✨ What do you enjoy most about your role?
“Being able to help service users. A kind word, goes a long way."

✨ What is the most rewarding part of your role?
“Receiving good feedback from clients and next of kin, regarding the care we have given. Even in sad times where clients have passed away, to know we have given great care means the world. I like to pass along the feedback to let people know they are doing a good job."

✨ What do you like most about working at Ecare?
“Having support from the office team, it's a good family to be a part of."

“Supportive, friendly & Fun!"

✨ What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
“I love spending time with my grandchildren, going for walks with my dogs and riding my motorbike"

💙 Dementia Action Week | Monday 18th – Monday 25th May 💙

1 in 3 people born in the UK will develop dementia, with many more families and loved ones affected by the disease every day.

Throughout the week, support and information will be available at Broomfield and Colchester Hospital, alongside a range of events to help raise awareness and support those living with dementia.

One of the events taking place is the Singing For The Brain concert on Tuesday 19th May at Chelmsford Cathedral, with free entry for all.

Please take this week as an opportunity to be mindful of how much dementia affects those around us, to support those impacted, and to help raise awareness for this disease. 💙
