We’re currently recruiting Care Assistants and Responder Care Assistants across Colchester, Clacton and surrounding areas, with pay rates of £12.85–£15.60 per hour.

✅ Interview on the same day

🍰 Plus! We’ll also be running a charity bake sale on the day in support of Farleigh Hospice, raising money for our amazing team members taking on a skydive challenge! Come along, grab a treat and support a great cause.

💙 Must be kind, caring, and willing to learn
💙 No experience necessary, as we provide full training!

🌍🏃‍♀️ Global Running Day 🏃‍♀️🌍

Today we're celebrating Global Running Day and recognising the importance of staying active and looking after our health and wellbeing.

Our fantastic Workforce & Community Lead, Rosie, who is also a Wellbeing Champion with Essex Working Well, recently completed a half marathon as part of her commitment to maintaining an active and healthy lifestyle. What an incredible achievement! 🏅

At E Care, we are passionate about promoting health and wellbeing for both our team and the communities we support. Rosie is a great example of how setting personal goals and staying active can have a positive impact on both physical and mental wellbeing.
