I have been working as a Massage Therapist since 2014 after completing my level 4 MTI training with The Quantum Metta School of Massage in London. I am trained in a range of techniques including Swedish massage, deep tissue, passive joint mobilisation, trigger point release and light hand holds. My background as a contemporary dancer, along with many years experience practicing hatha yoga, mindful
ness and loving kindness meditation, all have a strong influence on my work as a massage therapist. I aim to provide my clients with a safe, nurturing and compassionate space for healing and restoration. With an intuitive and sensitive approach, guided by principles of awareness and quality of touch. Each treatment is tailored in response to the physical and emotional needs of the individual. A health consultation will be carried out in the first session, to help us establish a suitable treatment plan that's right for you.
