DAY ONE DONE! 🍄🎉

What a day at Bury St Edmunds Food and Drink Festival!

A massive thank you to everyone who stopped by, chatted to us, bought our goodies and supported us stall holders!

Now it’s back to the grow room….picking, prepping and getting everything ready for tomorrow!

We might be looking a little sleep deprived by the morning ...😂 but there will be plenty more fresh mushrooms and other mushroom treats waiting for you!

🍄 Our new grow room is officially up and running! 😁

After lots of hard work getting everything ready, it’s now in full swing and we’re growing away nicely! 🌱🍄

The fruits of our labour will quite literally be available for you to buy and enjoy at the Bury St Edmunds Food & Drink Festival on Sunday & Monday 😊

🍄✨ EXCITING NEWS! ✨🍄

Tomorrow you can find our products at at Farmers Market! 🥰

🕙 10am–3pm

We won’t be there ourselves, but you’ll be able to find a selection of our goodies on Tracey’s stand, including our fresh mushrooms, risotto kits and dried mushrooms! 🍄💚

Tracey creates delicious, seasonal meals and goodies, while also doing a brilliant job of championing local small producers. We’re so grateful to Tracey for supporting us and giving our products a place on her beautiful stand! 💚

👀 And here’s a little sneak preview of what she is going to have on her stand…

Think seasonal, local and seriously delicious.... including her homemade Coconut Dahl, Caponata, Tzatziki, Carrot Cake, homemade granola and more… 🤤

So if you’re heading to Blake House tomorrow, pop by, pick up some goodies and treat yourself to some of Tracey’s delicious food while you’re there! 😋

And whilst you’re at Blake House, make sure you pop into the new too… there’s plenty of lovely produce to discover and you might even spot some familiar products in there👀🛍️

🍄 Fresh mushrooms are heading to the market!

It's been a really tough week growing mushrooms in this heatwave ! (When will it end 😭) But we will be bringing all the mushrooms we have along with us to market at St Ives Town Council and Wivenhoe Market .

As well as fresh mushrooms, we’ll have plenty of:

🍄 Dried mushrooms
🥘 Our mushroom risotto kits
🌱 Grow kits
🧂 Mushroom salt
🍄 Mushroom powder

Come and say hello, grab some mushrooms for dinner and have a browse of the rest of our goodies. 🍄

What better way to celebrate being stocked at Fen Farm Dairy than tucking into some of their delicious limited-edition Punch! 🧀😍

We’re so excited to announce that our Dried Oyster Mushrooms and Dried Lion’s Mane are now available in all Fen Farm Dairy stores! 🎉

It’s a real privilege to see our mushrooms on the shelves alongside so many fantastic local producers. A huge thank you to the Fen Farm Dairy team for supporting fellow local businesses like ours 🥰

Our dried mushrooms are an easy way to add a rich, savoury umami flavour to all sorts of dishes - from risottos, pasta and soups to stews, sauces and more!

How to use: Simply soak in hot water for 15–20 minutes until softened, then drain and cook as you would fresh mushrooms. And don’t throw away that soaking liquid... it’s packed with mushroomy flavour! 😍🍄

So next time you’re visiting Fen Farm Dairy, pick up some award-winning cheese, fresh raw milk… and maybe a bag of Sporadic Fungi mushrooms too! 🧀🍄🌿
