as women, we carry A LOT.

& so this is your reminder that you deserve time to rest too. you deserve to do things just for YOU.

you are allowed to relax & recharge your batteries. (preferably before you’re on 1% & someone asks you what’s for tea 😂)

& you deserve to give yourself the same care, time & kindness you give to everyone else. 🤎🫶🏾🤎

as much as I love doing floating sound baths, I absolutely love doing my grounded sound baths too. ✨

a room full of candles, low lighting , everyone tucked up under their blankets, with the acoustics filling the whole room 🥹

I do actually prefer to hold smaller group sessions for grounded sound baths, they feel a lot more personal to me & I find a real strong element of 1:1 sound therapy within the session which I LOVE ✨ . I also get to sit with you afterwards, have a brew & a proper chat, which is one of my FAVOURITE parts too 🤭.

SO looking forward to more cosy nights like this ✨x

the experience & feeling of a sound bath starts for someone before the first instrument is even played. 🧘🏽‍♀️🌙 🫧

atmosphere & environment is as equally as important for nervous system regulation ✨

& just like that, floating sound bath season has begun 🍂 🤎✨ 🌙 🧘🏽‍♀️
