Client feedback:

The support that Anna has given me has been invaluable in getting back to (kind of) normal. Having that safe space to work through the issues as well as having practical exercises to work on in between sessions has been invaluable. The support that she has given me has let me work on specific areas after my stroke has been vital, and it has given me the confidence to understand that this is a long term process and the celebrate the small wins trying to get back to pre stroke levels.
