Breathwork is, in my experience, the most profound process for self healing and spiritual awakening that I have encountered. What's more, it is accessible to everybody who wants to learn - we all breathe. So you have this incredible, powerful, insightful, empowering healing modality with you all the time. Learning to journey with the breath gives access to your own sense of divinity. It gives you

a stronger connection to that aspect of experience we may call spirit. Allowing this to inform your way of living in the here and now of our daily lives gives rise to the miraculous. I teach Conscious Connected Breathing as I believe it to be one of the most practical and applied processes we can use to grow spiritually within the context of our everyday lives. It's a way of moving deeper into our experience - not trying to 'transcend' it. We are here to experience life, to be in a body and to be present to the beauty of life in all its forms. Here’s what’s scary..

For years I was terrified of what was ‘in there’ in my body. I thought I would just ‘blow up’ and be destroyed by what was inside of me.

But what I discovered through Breathwork is that when you feel safe enough to feel, it can be raw and real and good. There’s beauty in the grief.

I realised we are scared more by the thought of the feeling than the feeling itself.

Learning to feel is tricky - it takes time. It needs safety.

But breathwork will help you to get there.

And once you learn to feel you learn to be alive.

Breathwork is not just about theory and technique, it’s about learning how to create a space of safety, trust and non judgement where healing an take place.

Hi all.

Over the last year and a half I have been noticing just how much anxiety and stress is around for folks. It occurred to me that really, it's hardly surprising giving the multiple challenges we are facing as a species on wonderful planet earth. My own take is that we are under a lot of pressure to change how we are living and rebalance our whole relationship to the natural world.

It's not going to come from just re-arranging the furniture (aka COP26 perhaps!)

We need to come up with a whole new story for how we can live in a better way. That story must come through each of us as we let go of old patterns and become alive to our own true self as part of nature. To feel good about being here and what we bring.

Breathwork is one way of helping us release ways of being that no longer serve us and to find a way of being that we feel good about.

More grounded, more balanced. more at peace and more present.
