Here’s what’s scary..
For years I was terrified of what was ‘in there’ in my body. I thought I would just ‘blow up’ and be destroyed by what was inside of me.
But what I discovered through Breathwork is that when you feel safe enough to feel, it can be raw and real and good. There’s beauty in the grief.
I realised we are scared more by the thought of the feeling than the feeling itself.
Learning to feel is tricky - it takes time. It needs safety.
But breathwork will help you to get there.
And once you learn to feel you learn to be alive.
