Were Coming To The End

Its been an amazing journey, a 10 month deep dive with Breathing Space to learn the facilitator skills needed to run a safe and successful breathwork class. With 6 weeks remaining on the course, the time has come for me to create my end of course project. Now this has really had me stumped I will admit! Where’s my future going? Will I remain a facilitator? Remain a therapist? Still hold events? The answer is! I have no idea!! Until my body starts to heal and do what its told I really cant say. Believe me im doing everything under the sun to manage the condition, time is a great healer and I completely agree. So until that time comes I’m embracing this course for my future.
I’ve decided to create 5 pieces of wire wrapped jewellery inspired by my own journey and experience with breathwork, I’ve experienced lots of sensations, clarity etc.. but I’ve tied it down to these 5 that have had the biggest impact to my own wellbeing.
Grief- still struggling with the untimely death of my late father at the end of 2022, breathwork has helped me release the grief I was holding and was unable to let go.
Euphoria- I’ve had great feelings of euphoric bliss and happiness, a sense of safety and being in control of my life.
Clarity- with not knowing where my life would lead, I’ve experienced an enormous amount of clarity on the path I must take.
Release- feelings of doubt in myself, rage and even anger have been released during breathwork.
Grounding- times when I’ve felt lost, alone, and unsure, the breathe has taking me on a journey to reconnect with what grounds me the most!! That being the elements earth, air, fire, water.
So I’ve given myself quite a challenge, putting my own interpretation into a piece of wired art, its self a meditative journey, as I get so lost when I create, in my own little world were there’s no worries and no time zone.
