Because this isnāt just a job for me ā itās over a decade of hands-on experience, learning, refining, and genuinely caring about helping people move and feel better.
Iāve been working directly in the fitness industry as a personal trainer for 10+ years, supporting clients through strength journeys, confidence rebuilds and rehabilitation. Iāve successfully rehabilitated several clients and Iām experienced in exercise referralsā¦meaning youāre in safe, knowledgeable hands.
But I didnāt stop thereā¦. Over 6 years ago, I completed my Sports Massage qualification at Northumbria University, which gave me a deeper understanding of how the body functions, compensates, heals and adapts. That extra layer of knowledge means I donāt just coach movement, I understand whatās happening beneath the surface.
Iām also a qualified Pilates teacher, mat and reformer, (including pre & post natal).
This has taken my understanding of body mechanics, alignment, core function and awareness to another level ā helping clients train smarter, move better, and build strength safely at every stage of life.
I wear many hats⦠But every single one of them is to support you.
