Often the things we see in others that trigger us those things you dislike, are jealous of or put down are inner unresolved trauma from earlier in life.

Questioning why it has such a negative affect on you will reveal all, addressing these concerns will create a better life and understanding of one's self.

When we use gratitude and focus on what we already have in life because the universe mirrors your frequency you get even more things in return to be grateful for.

"The secret" everyone talks about in a nutshell is gratitude.

And I think to myself what a wonderful world, just how gifted I am to have all this right on my door step.

I have everything I need but not all I want, I want all that I have, I'm so grateful but I seek to grow just a little everyday this helps maintain a fascination for every day and keeps me motivated and inspired.

There's nothing better than waking fit healthy and asymptomatic of crohns to another day full of opportunities and potential.

Infact those are the very things I express gratitude for everyday regardless of the weather, surely if you open your eyes is that not the greatest gift ever to be grateful for?

So, that aside my friends what are you grateful for on this glorious Sunday?

Just spend a minute understanding the first picture, then look at 3 people's worth in the 2nd.

Imagine the good in this world that could be achieved then know its all a game of who's got the biggest bank balance and very little will go to any form of humanity usage.

Such a shame.

The feral pigeon was domesticated more than 5,000 years ago, used as a messenger through some of history's most significant conflicts, and released into cities when it was no longer needed. The birds on every town square in Britain are the descendants of that history. 🕊️

A few things worth knowing:

Both parents produce crop milk — a protein and fat-rich secretion that both male and female pigeons generate to feed their chicks. This is almost unique among birds.

They pair for life. If one of a pair dies, the survivor often remains alone.

They navigate using the Earth's magnetic field and the position of the sun, orienting from distances exceeding 1,000 km. The mechanisms are still not fully understood.

They consume food waste, grain, and organic scraps from the ground. Without them, that material feeds rats instead.

The pigeon populations that feel out of control in British towns and cities are created and sustained by supplementary feeding — bread, in particular, provides calories without nutrition and drives rapid breeding. The population density is a direct function of food availability.

Cher Ami, the carrier pigeon who delivered a message during the First World War that saved the lives of nearly 200 American soldiers, was awarded the Croix de Guerre. The species has a longer documented relationship with human warfare, communication, and agriculture than almost any other. 🌿
