Over the summer the Summer Sport and Actif Programme, delivered by Actif North Wales in partnership with brought communities together across the region to create opportunities for young people to be active.

By listening to young people, building trusted relationships and working with local partners, the programme showed what is possible when opportunities are shaped by the people and places they are designed for.
