We have two beautiful events coming up at The Sound Garden.

The Healing Chakra Dance is a moving meditation to a carefully curated sound track. You are guided to close your eyes and journey inwards for this deeply nourishing and revitalising session. The perfect way to welcome the weekend, leaving you feeling grounded, renewed, and uplifted.

Spirit of the going is an invitation to call in healing and guidance as you journey. The gong carries an ancient resonance, its deep and penetrating vibrations inviting us beyond the busy mind and into altered states of awareness. As the sound surrounds and moves through you, you may find yourself travelling into deeper realms of relaxation, where intuition awakens and subtle messages can be felt, heard or simply known. We begin by calling in our guide and setting an intention for our journey.

As we move into the mystical energy of October, the veil begins to thin, inviting us to turn inward and listen more deeply.

The Sound Garden is a sanctuary of otherworldly offerings, a space for sound, contemplation, deep rest and journeys beyond the ordinary.

A garden of secrets.
A portal into the still point between worlds.

Here, the outside world softens and the boundaries between the seen and unseen begin to blur. Carried by vibration and sound, you are invited to surrender into the depths of your own inner landscape, to wander, to listen and to receive.
