We all have a part of our brain were we store life's troubles, stress, anxiety, fears, phobias, anger etc - we refer to this as our "stress bucket."
We convert problems and turn them into stress and anxiety. The more we pile into our stress bucket, the less able we are to cope.
This however has a knock on effect. We wont sleep as well, making us more lethargic and tired in the morning.
We'll find ourselves possibly comfort eating to cope, thus putting on weight.
We can find ourselves becoming more irritable, angry & moody, not functioning at our optimum level.
We are less likely to exercise.
