Join Yasu for another gorgeous sound healing session on the 19th June ✨

In this space you’ll be immersed in a journey of sound and vibration, enjoying the beautiful soundscape of the Himalayan Singing Bowls and other instruments and the deep and grounding relaxation that they bring to our being.

What to expect: a guided chakra meditation with the sound of the singing bowls followed by a Sound Healing session where the singing bowls are played near the body or even sometimes placed in specific energy areas of the body, so that you will be able to truly feel and benefit from their vibration as well as their sound.

When the studio first opened 5 years ago, one of Natalie’s most popular classes was her 90 minute Forrest Yoga class on a Sunday… well, in June she’s bringing it back!

The first one is on the 7th June at 10am, with a bit of a break, then they will be held every other Sunday from July onwards.
