✨ Sometimes the most unexpected feedback makes my day…

During this treatment, I actually spent very little time working directly on the face.
The main focus was:
💜 Myofascial work on the back
💜 Ribs & diaphragm
💜 Décolleté & neck
💜 And only around 5 minutes of gentle facial lymphatic drainage.

Do you notice a “hump” or persistent tension at the base of your neck?

Long hours sitting, phone and computer use, posture and muscular tension can all contribute to tightness around the neck, shoulders and upper back.
At Rita’s House of Massage, I offer two targeted treatments for this area:

💜 Neck Hump Release – 45 min
A combination of seated and lying-down massage, with manual and specialised techniques to release muscular tension and improve mobility.

💜 Bioenergetic Meridian Massage – 45 min
A separate treatment using bioenergetic gloves followed by ultrasound, focusing on the neck, shoulders and upper back.

Massage cannot remove every type of neck hump, but it can help relieve muscular tension, improve mobility and support better posture.

While you may feel a difference after one treatment, for longer-lasting results I recommend a course of at least 5- 10 sessions.

A little about me…

When I first started learning massage, I had so many doubts.

Would I be good enough?
Would I have enough knowledge?
Was this profession really meant for me?

At that time, one of my colleagues — a massage therapist, astrologer, and Reiki practitioner — gave me words I still remember today:

She also told me that if I kept developing my skills and continued learning, I could become a very good massage therapist.
