Chocolate Ice cream!!
serves 6
6½ Swips per serving
ready in 5 mins plus 3 hours freezing
vegan
What you need:
6 ripe medium bananas, frozen
2 level tbsp peanut butter powder
2 level tbsp cocoa powder
60ml almond milk, plain and unsweetened
fresh raspberries, to serve
What you do:
1. Whizz all the ingredients except the raspberries together in a food processor or blender until smooth. Tip the mixture into a small loaf tin or freezerproof container. Cover with cling film and freeze for 2 to 3 hours, until firm.
2. Serve 1 scoop per person, with some fresh raspberries. This would also be lovely topped with chocolate dessert sauce (add 1 Swip per level tsp) or chopped peanuts (add 1½ Swips per 5g serving)
