✨ Sacred Sound Bath and Restorative Yoga Evening ✨

✨Step into a space of deep rest and vibration healing.
Allow sound to move through the body, quiet the mind, and reconnect you with your inner calm.✨

Please join us for a relaxing evening of Restorative Yoga with Vicky followed by a Sound Bath with Viv Roper.

Refreshments and tea will be served afterwards.

Sound Therapy presents a deeply relaxing, and yet powerful practice to help you relieve stress and fatigue. All you need to do is lie down on a comfortable mat, with a blanket and pillow and immerse yourself in sound vibrations. The instruments Viv uses are selected to calm and balance the body’s nervous system, with the intention of restoring you to optimum health and wellbeing.

🙏Feeling Grateful Beyond Words 🙏

I’m still floating after an unforgettable week hosting my Yoga and Ayurvedic Wellness in beautiful Andalusia. The sunshine, the mountains, the stillness of the mornings, the laughter at dinner, and the deep connections we shared — everything came together in the most magical way.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined, trusted the process, and showed up with open hearts. Watching you grow, relax, and reconnect was the greatest reward. 🙏🌻❤️

My heart is full of gratitude for the beautiful souls who shared this special journey with me. We laughed until our cheeks hurt, cried when our hearts needed to, moved, breathed, connected, and simply allowed ourselves to be present.
We watched the sun rise and set, gazed at endless stars, shared delicious and nourishing food, and created memories that I know will stay with me for a long time. 🌅✨

Thank you to every single person who brought their energy, openness and beautiful spirit to this retreat and of course the gorgeous Keri who never fails to make us feel so at home. You all made it what it was. 🤍

Feeling deeply grateful and blessed as I return home — carrying a little piece of Andalusia and all of you in my heart.♥️

It was an absolute Joy practising Yoga amongst the sunflowers this morning with these beauties❤️ Oh what fun we had 🙏🌻

Sunflowers symbolize happiness, Joy, loyalty, adoration, resilience and strength. Because young flowers turn to face the sun in a process called heliotropism, they represent unwavering faith, positive energy, and long life 🙏🌻
