💙🩵✨ LAST NIGHT I ACTIVATED MY ARIZONA TURQUOISE & MOTHER OF PEARL ✨🩵💙

Before sleep, I held the stones to my heart and said:

“Thank you for finding your way to me. We are a team now.”

Then I asked:

“Show me your wisdom, protect my peace, and bring me the message I need to hear.”

Throughout the night, I woke and wrote down the words as they arrived.

Not stories.

Not dreams with complicated plots.

Just signals.

• Calling as a team
• Trust me
• Trust us, trust the voice
• Movement
• Settled and married
• Movement
• Camping with friends and family

What struck me most was the coherence.

Turquoise is connected to communication, truth, community, and the throat chakra.

Mother of pearl is connected to the ocean, flow, intuition, and emotional wisdom.

The messages seemed to mirror those energies perfectly:

🩵 Voice
🩵 Trust
🩵 Movement
🩵 Belonging

For me, the strongest message was:

Trust the voice.

And the entire night distilled into three simple words:

✨ Trust. Move. Belong. ✨

As someone exploring Signal Over Story, it felt like a reminder that sometimes the deepest wisdom arrives before the narrative.

Not as a story.

As a signal.

Today in Sedona with Mum.

We’d been talking about how I see Mother Earth as alive. Not as a concept, but as something to be felt. We are tiny creatures walking across her surface, taking from her, shaping her, and often forgetting that we belong to her.

For me, the experience of heaven isn’t somewhere we go when we die. It’s here. It’s available in every moment we truly notice. Standing among ancient rocks, breathing desert air, feeling connected to the Earth beneath our feet, and remembering what a gift it is to be alive.

Then we came across this sign:

“Healing in Progress – Please Stay on Trail.”

A practical message about protecting the land. But also a beautiful reminder.

Healing takes time.
Respect the process.
Walk gently.

What if that’s true for all of us?

Signal over story.

The story wanted tension.
Delay.
Breakdown.
A problem to carry.

But beneath the noise, something quieter kept arriving; steam rising from camomile and lavender,wildflowers growing through concrete,geese moving slowly across open grass,sunlight stretching itself across the lake like it had nowhere else to be.

Maybe not everything that interrupts us is against us.
Maybe some moments arrive to loosen our grip on the narrative …and return us to what is actually here 🌱

Not the mind’s version of the day.
The day itself.

The warmth.
The breeze.
The stillness hidden inside inconvenience.

Sometimes life pauses the story
so the signal can finally be heard…

As I enter this period of rest, I find myself creating in a different way.

Less performance.
More presence.

Less teaching.
More feeling.

I’m returning to music, writing and creation from a deeper place — not to tell stories, but to create experiences, emotion and signal.

“Signal Over Story” is slowly becoming more than a phrase.
Maybe a body of work.
Maybe a book.
Maybe a whole new way of creating.

For now, I’m letting myself feel it before I force it into form 🤍
