Is menopause just about symptoms, or is it an invitation to reclaim your life? 🌿
There is a beautiful traditional proverb that describes this season as a time for a woman to come into her own: a "Second Spring."🌻
Yet, we often focus solely on the challenges. This is a journey of moving through transition not just as a struggle, but as a meaningful step toward your true self, cultivating the wisdom and self-kindness that only this stage of life can offer. 🌅
I have written this blog as the starting point for a new mindfulness programme I am currently developing to support those in menopause. It is a project deeply rooted in four distinct pillars: the latest insights from neuroscience, the clinical framework of my work as a counsellor, the raw honesty of my own personal experience, and the invaluable wisdom shared by my community of clients.
My goal is to create a space that moves beyond symptom management to something more holistic: a journey where we can explore the biological and emotional shifts of this season while finding clarity on what our life looks like next.
If this resonates with you and you would like to be kept updated as the programme takes shape, there is a button at the foot of the blog.
There is no commitment required; it is simply a way to stay connected as we navigate this transition together.
