It can be said that Indian Head Massage is a truly holistic therapy in that it is has many physiological and psychological benefits: many clients comment on the fact that they feel as if their whole body is balanced after the treatment. Cost £22 for 30 minutes

Swedish Massage
The purpose of Swedish massage is to bring relaxation to the body by manipulating the muscles with long guiding strokes that follow the direction of the blood that is returning to the heart. These movements help to increase blood oxygen levels, rid the muscles of toxins and waste products and increase overall flexibility whilst reducing tension and promoting wellbeing.
