Looking back, most of the best things I’ve done started with me wondering whether I was making a mistake.

Opening One Wellness.
Running classes when hardly anyone turned up.
Driving to Liverpool for my first podcast.
Putting myself out there when it would’ve been easier not to.

None of it felt comfortable at the time.

If I’d waited until I felt ready, I’d probably still be waiting.

That’s what this post is about, not being fearless.
Just doing it anyway.

May was a month of tweaking, refining and learning from our mistakes in April.

It was also packed with highlights.

To mention a few:

* Got creative with our marketing and offers
* Attended Ellie Tower’s launch party
* Spent two days in London with Carly working on the future growth of the business
* Hosted a huge event alongside Mercedes High Performance Powertrains
* Watched so many of our members smash goals in strength, weight loss, mindset and consistency

The momentum is building, the community is growing, and we’re only just getting started.

If June is anything like May, we’re in for a treat.

This time next week, One Wellness and Absolute Fitness are coming together for the very first One Absolute Brunch.

We’ll start the day with a community workout at Hybrid Training Co from 10am-11am before heading over to Elles from 1pm-6pm for food, welcome drinks, a live DJ and a chance for everyone to relax and socialise.

This event is about more than fitness. It’s about bringing people together, meeting new people and enjoying a great day with two amazing communities.
